The review will include feedback on plan provisions in consideration of market competitiveness, regulatory requirements and corporate governance.

All plan documents and employment agreement reviews may be offered in conjunction with other compensation projects or independently. We will work with your legal counsel or coordinate with our law firm partners as needed to provide final documents to meet your organizational needs.
