Salary Structure Design/Review

A formal salary structure provides a valuable framework for making decisions on salary changes for current employees and salary levels for new hires. Using benchmark market data in coordination with internal worth assessment we will design a formal salary structure customized for your organization. Positions will be carefully assessed and slotted into job grades and employees with outlying pay rates identified and recommended courses of action provided.

For organizations with an existing formal salary structure in place, a careful review of the structure will be provided. An assessment of employee and position distribution will be made. Updates to existing ranges and grades will be recommended, along with modifications and adjustments needed to bring the existing structure in line with market.
